I’m a Lawyer, Legal Scholar, and Computer Scientist enabling greater legal representation through tech.
My Mission
I believe that most legal practice and research can be improved by technology. In a world where lawyers are processing more and more data, practitioners can’t afford not to integrate modern tech into their practice.
Some benefits of blending tech and law are clear—the efficiency generated by modern law firm management tools is undeniable.
But there are also many creative ways lawyers can act as stronger advocates for their clients using modern technology:
Knowing what potentially overlooked government and public databases have information relevant to the representation
Creating stronger, more efficient workflows by analyzing the information entering and leaving a practice
Generating visualizations and maps unique to a case to utilize as demonstrative aids—key in presenting complicated information to juries and clients
Automating basic tasks and creating document templates to save time for staff to work on tasks that require more direct engagement
Being able to advise clients on basic incident response principles in order to preserve evidence in a triage situation
I love to learn about and teach others how to use new technologies, so reach out if any of this sounds relevant to you!
